This Privacy and Cookie Policy states what we will do with your Personal Data once you have submitted your details to the site. By submitting your details, you agree to the principles of this policy. We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any information you give to TEJAS KOTECHA will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. We collect information via the email inquiry form on the Contact Me page and through cookies. The information is used only to communicate with the user as a result of a question or inquiry submitted.

Your personal data will be used by TEJAS KOTECHA to communicate with you, primarily in response to a submitted contact or inquiry form. Contact information is saved on the website for a maximum period of 30 days, before being deleted, and is only accessible by the Data Controller.
